Our minors started of the Championship in fine form away to Letterkenny Gaels on Monday evening.After a slow start against the wind and letterkenny gaels in a 2 point lead it was 0-6 to 0-4 to the men from the Cathedral Town after 22 mins with Oisin brogan two early frees and a point each from play for Eoghan Gallagher and Cale Breslin.Naomh Brid finished the half strong with the last four points coming from Callum Mc Cafferty and three more from Brogan.

The second half was when the ballintra/Laghey men found a new gear and with some great team work, moving the ball at pace through the hands, they ran out on a winning score line of 2-20 to 0-7.
