A reminder of our community meeting tomorrow morning 19th Feb in St Brigid's Community Centre, Ballintra at 9am- 11.30am

Objectives: (1) Discuss, with survey feedback, the 2 key areas of Player Development and Facilities Development and (2) Agree a methodology for prioritisation.
This will be a structured meeting with lots of opportunities for input, and we will finish on time. If you can come that would be great.
This meeting is Step 2 of a 3 Step planning process:
- SURVEY: Survey of members and community. Objective: Receive feedback and new ideas.
- DISCUSS: Meeting on Sat Feb 19th St. St Brigid's Community Centre, Ballintra at 9am- 11.30am – All welcome. Objectives: (1) Discuss, with survey feedback, the 2 key areas of Player Development and Facilities Development and (2) Agree a methodology for prioritisation.
- PLAN: Use the information from this meeting and the survey to draft a 1-5 year facility and organisation development roadmap for the club.
And then we work together to make it happen!
