Exciting times at Naomh Brid as we plan for the progression and development of the Club into 2022 and beyond. Club and Community are one, and therefore it is really important to hear what you have to say. We have created this anonymous Member + Community Survey to gather honest feedback, and ideas on what we could and should be focusing on as a club.
This is a quick survey and most of the questions are multiple-choice. There are options to add more detail on ideas if you would like- and we welcome the input. This questionnaire is going out through the Club, Parish, and schools. Please share widely with your community friends and family by copying the link and sharing. The more input the better!
This survey is Step 1 of a 3 Step planning process:
- SURVEY: Survey of members and community. Objective: Receive feedback and new ideas.
- DISCUSS: Meeting on Sat Feb 19th St. St Brigid's Community Centre, Ballintra at 9am- 11.30am – All welcome. Objectives: (1) Discuss, with survey feedback, the 2 key areas of Player Development and Facilities Development and (2) Agree a methodology for prioritisation.
- PLAN: Use the information from this meeting and the survey to draft a 1-5 year facility and organisation development roadmap for the club.
And then we work together to make it happen! As you can see from above, this survey is critical. Club work should represent member and wider community interests and ideas. Let’s make that happen!
